Appointed in March 2023. A qualified CA(SA) with over 24 years of experience, he previously spent 17 years as an audit partner at Deloitte, working with large, listed and global clients, including in the mining sector. Magen brings strong leadership, strategic and financial expertise, and has driven meaningful operational and financial improvements across the Group.

Executive Director, Group CFO

Appointed in March 2026. A qualified CA(SA) with over 8 years of experience, he began his career in audit and assurance, later managing audits across the mining, public and manufacturing sectors. Langton brings strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance and risk management, alongside a strategic approach to financial analysis and leadership.

Lead Independent Non-Executive Director

Appointed in July 2021. An attorney with over 20 years of experience, he has advised multinational mining companies on mineral tenure, regulatory compliance and governance. Vincent brings deep expertise across environmental and legal compliance, mine health and safety, and stakeholder management.

Appointed in September 2024. A qualified civil engineer and Professional Construction Manager, he brings extensive experience in large-scale project delivery, strategic planning and governance. With a background spanning engineering, construction and investment markets, Warren combines technical expertise with strong leadership and a keen interest in the mining sector.
